At ZappRx he pivoted the company from services to a data platform, raised $10M, and led the sale to Allscripts in five weeks. He built Omnicell's corporate innovation function from the ground up against a $900M organic-growth target, and through Innoveron Group has advised healthcare leaders on strategy, growth, and business model design.
